Of je nu een gewone smartphonegebruiker bent of een professionele fotograaf, het vastleggen van de speciale momenten van je expeditie door de lens is een manier om ervoor te zorgen dat herinneringen voor altijd voortleven. En wat is de beste manier zijn om je ervaring na je avontuur te delen met vrienden en familie?
Tijdens je expeditie zal je door de meest spectaculaire landschappen trekken en overal wilde dieren spotten. Afhankelijk van de bestemming die je kiest, kunnen er tijdens de reis verschillende fotothema-activiteiten worden aangeboden. Bijvoorbeeld fotografielezingen over hoe je het perfecte beeld kunt vastleggen, workshops of begeleide fotografiewandelingen of zodiac cruises. Veel expedities hebben een ervaren fotograaf aan boord, die graag vragen beantwoordt door kennis te delen en te helpen met verschillende apparaten en camera-instellingen, zodat je het meeste uit je ervaring kunt halen.
Speciale fotografie-expedities
Voor professionele en hobbyfotografen, of iedereen met een speciale interesse in fotografie, bieden we onze op fotografie gerichte Waterproof Signature Expeditions. Op deze expedities is het belangrijkste doel om mogelijkheden te bieden om een specifiek onderwerp te fotograferen, bijvoorbeeld wilde dieren, zoals ijsberen in Spitsbergen. Onze toegewijde en ervaren expeditiegidsen weten precies waar ze moeten zoeken naar de perfecte mogelijkheden. Als het op wilde dieren aankomt, is geduld vaak de sleutel. Met onze kleine expeditieschepen kunnen we flexibel zijn met het reisschema en plannen maken op basis van de waarnemingen van wilde dieren in het gebied.

Onze expedities zijn geschikt voor fotografen van elk niveau, van beginners tot de meest ervaren fotografen. De expeditiegidsen geven fotografieworkshops en zijn tijdens de reis beschikbaar voor persoonlijk advies.
Je moet je camera met datakaarten, voldoende opslagcapaciteit voor je foto’s voor de hele reis, een reservebatterij voor je camera (indien mogelijk), een batterijoplader, een USB-kabel om foto’s te downloaden en je camerahandleiding meenemen. De camerahandleiding is vooral belangrijk als de camera nieuw voor je is en je hulp wilt bij het uitzoeken ervan. Zorg er ook voor dat je je camera gemakkelijk kunt vervoeren, je zult af en toe moeten lopen dus zorg ervoor dat je je camera veilig in een waterdichte tas kunt vervoeren.
