Marcel Lesch is a professional travel and wildlife photographer from Germany. With a background in tourism management, specialising in online marketing and event coordination. He brings his marketing and photography skills together under the brand Evolumina, crafting authentic visual stories for a wide range of clients. His work has been featured in renowned publications such as Connoisseur Circle and fotoMAGAZIN.
Marcel’s passion for the natural world has taken him to some of the most breathtaking places on Earth, including Antarctica, South Georgia, New Zealand, and Iceland. Most recently, he has joined Waterproof Expeditions on our Signature journeys in Northern Norway and Svalbard.
Reflecting on his love for expedition travel, Marcel says: “What I enjoy most is the unknown of each day. You wake up in the morning and get your breakfast. After that, the routine takes a break, and you have no control over what the next hours will bring. It’s a challenge on the one hand, since you can’t fully prepare for what’s awaiting you, but on the other hand, it’s the true gift of coming along on an unforgettable expedition.”
