Heritage Adventurer

Heritage Adventurer is a world-renowned polar exploration vessel, formerly known as MS Hanseatic and Society Adventurer, and has been rechristened in 2021. This iconic expedition ship, built in 1991, will be refurbished in preparation of her voyages to the most exclusive and remote destinations around the globe. She will start her new ventures in the Russian Far East, including Wrangel Island in May 2022, followed by cruises along the coast of New Zealand, the Subantarctic Islands and down into the Antarctic Ross Sea. The ship is a great example of authentic expedition cruising.

Heritage Adventurer takes just 140 expeditioners. A fleet of 14 zodiacs ensures all guests have ample time for up-close exploration. To admire the breathtaking scenery from the ship, you can head outside on the stylish teak observation deck or one of the numerous weather protected areas, including an expansive space on deck 6. Inside, you will find spacious cabins, two restaurants, a bar, observation lounge and many quiet places to enjoy a coffee or wine. After a long day out exploring you can unwind in the heated salt water pool, enclosed hot tub, sauna and steam room or spend some time in the well-equipped gym.
