Disembarkation: app. 09:00 a.m. (after breakfast), Tromsø – Norway.
Before departing your home country, make sure that you have all the necessary travel documents and insurance information with you. Insurance, including medical evacuation & repatriation cover is mandatory for all our voyages. We also strongly recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance, which covers unexpected situations that might prevent you from participating in the expedition.
We highly recommend arriving in Tromsø at least one day before your expedition to avoid potential disruptions caused by flight delays or lost luggage. Embarkation takes place on the first day of your expedition around 16:30 in the afternoon. Our Expedition Leader will meet you at the Scandic Ishavhotel, which is close to where our ships are usually docked.
