We strongly recommend arriving in Longyearbyen at least one day before your expedition to avoid any disruptions from possible flight delays or misplaced luggage. Embarkation begins around 16:30 on the first day, where our Expedition Leader will welcome you at the dock. The port of Longyearbyen is small and easy to navigate, so locating the ship should be straightforward. Disembarkation will take place at the same location after breakfast on the final day.
Before departing your home country, make sure that you have all the necessary travel documents and insurance information with you. Insurance, including medical evacuation & repatriation cover is mandatory for all our voyages.
You will receive the final travel details and meeting location per e-mail approximately 2 weeks prior to departure.
